UX Researcher - Exchange, Trading Experience

Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products. We're looking for a UX Researcher who understands both design excellence and trading. You'll be embedded in a product team that obsesses over craft, where your research directly shapes trading interfaces used by professionals worldwide. This isn't a typical research role removed from the product. You'll need design literacy to evaluate interface quality, trading knowledge (or curiosity) to speak credibly with power users, and research rigor to uncover insights that drive decisions
