Used Cars Trade-in Specialist

Join Tesla as a Used Trade-in Specialist where you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our Trade-in and Used Car function.  You’ll work closely with our Order Operations, Sales, Service and Delivery teams to provide assistance on Trade-in and Used Car matters. Using current market knowledge and databases, you’ll help deliver competitive valuations for customer trade-in vehicles while ensuring all processes and documentation are followed. In this role you’ll support operational trade-in activities, assist in training and providing feedback to local Tesla Sales teams to improve Trade-In Attachment rates and help with logistics for incoming trades and their disposal. You’ll also collaborate with the Service team to support Used Tesla inspections and repairs, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

• Coordinate with the Used Car, Sales, Service and Delivery teams to provide a competitive
  market value for customer trade-in vehicles using up to date market knowledge, current databases and programs.
• Ensure all relevant processes are followed and correct documentation is provided before or at the point of Trade-in
• Provide training and direct feedback/support to the local Tesla Sales teams to assist them in improving Trade-In Attachment rates.
• Provide and manage on the ground logistics for all incoming trades as well as their disposal
• Collaborate with Service to manage Used Tesla inspection and repair

• The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and intelligent self-starter with the desire for constant process improvement and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced computer skills; proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Is highly attentive to detail to ensure accuracy and expediency in responding to the needs of the Sales team
• Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the advances in sustainable energy.
• Driver’s License with a clean driving record
