You’ll ensure programs move smoothly from design and capital funding through launch, delivering results with speed, accountability, and strong cross-functional collaboration. In this senior leadership role, you will set portfolio strategy and governance, drive alignment to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP), secure capital funding, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. You will influence and align senior stakeholders across Supply Chain and partner functions, while building scalable mechanisms that improve execution, visibility, and outcomes. Job Description (Key Responsibilities)- Own a portfolio of complex Supply Chain programs, establishing roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, resourcing plans, and success metrics.
- Set program/portfolio governance (operating rhythms, decision forums, escalation paths, and accountability) to ensure disciplined execution.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from concept/design through capital approval, build, launch, and stabilization.
- Secure capital funding and manage business cases in partnership with cross-functional teams; ensure alignment to AOP/LRP priorities.
- Manage portfolio financials including budgets, forecasts, and benefits realization; ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Track progress and performance using clear metrics; provide executive-level updates, remove blockers, and drive timely decisions.
- Proactively manage risks and issues; implement mitigation plans and ensure delivery against commitments.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies by standardizing best practices, improving mechanisms, and scaling repeatable playbooks.
- Engage and align senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Product/Tech, Operations, and other partner teams to deliver outcomes.
- Lead and develop a team of program managers (and/or leaders), including coaching, performance management, and capability building.
- Experience in program management, supply chain, or operations.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort using data to drive decisions and tradeoffs.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
3 years’ supervisory experience.
