- Lead enterprise transformation by redefining the supplier lifecycle from fragmented, manual processes to a simplified, scalable, and system-enabled model
- Design and operationalize a unified lifecycle experience that improves speed, transparency, and consistency from onboarding through ongoing operations
- Partner across business, product, and technology to translate complex operational challenges into scalable, platform-driven solutions and drive adoption at scale
- Simplify and modernize ways of working by reducing friction, standardizing processes, and enabling more automated, workflow-driven execution
- Influence across a highly matrixed organization to align Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology around one consistent way of working
- Transformation mindset – experience leading structural change and designing solutions that scale, not just optimizing existing processes
- Merchant and business credibility – strong understanding of how retail, supplier, or merchandising operations work and how to remove friction to drive speed and growth
- Process + platform fluency – ability to connect operational detail with future-state solutions across product, technology, and data
- Enterprise leadership and influence – proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption without direct authority
- Builder mentality – track record of developing teams and capabilities that can operate in ambiguity and sustain long-term change

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
