What you'll do...
Role summary:Lead end-to-end enablement initiatives by translating strategy into executable project plans, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring high-quality delivery at scale. This role focuses on managing complex programs, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable business impact through structured execution and stakeholder coordination.
About the team:
The team partners across Strategy, Design, and Execution to deliver scalable enablement solutions that drive performance and capability building. This role plays a central coordination function, ensuring initiatives are aligned, operationalized effectively, and delivered with consistency and quality.
What you'll do:
- Translate enablement strategy into structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables; drive execution from intake through launch
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and dependencies
- Monitor progress, risks, and performance metrics; adjust plans to maintain delivery outcomes
- Lead stakeholder communication, including working sessions, status updates, and decision alignment
- Establish governance, documentation, and continuous improvement practices to enhance delivery quality
What you'll bring:
- Experience managing enablement or learning programs in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Strong project and program management skills, including risk management and stakeholder coordination
- Familiarity with instructional design, adult learning principles, and enablement frameworks
- Ability to translate design and strategy requirements into executable, scalable plans
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and using tools such as Articulate, H5P, Canva, or Adobe Suite

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
