• First 6 months: RM3,800.00
• After 6 months: RM4,000- RM10,000.00 per month (Depends on the number of classes you take and teaching performance)

Teaching hourly Rate：RM50-RM100
Schedule: 5 days a week

Who We Are Looking For:

Think Academy U.S. is looking for Full Time Math Teacher to work with our students from Kindergarten to 8th grade. This role is designed for recent graduates / early-career professionals / experienced teachers who are passionate about online math education and aspire to become future leaders in the education industry. 

This role blends high-quality math instruction with strategic teaching management to drive student success and retention. You’ll teach engaging online math classes, support and mentor fellow educators, and lead initiatives to continuously improve teaching quality and the overall learning experience for students and families.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver online math classes weekly
• Actively engage and manage an online classroom of up to 18 students.
• Develop and reiterate classes that reflect teaching methods to maximize the students' learning outcomes
• Teach during required peak hours, including Saturday mornings and Sundays.
• Work with teaching management team to advance teaching-related services
• Communicate effectively with students and parents, offering timely and personalized weekly feedback.
• Commit to 40 hours per week (teaching part is primarily on weekends and weekday morning).

How You Can Be Qualified:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (STEM or Education majors preferred, but all majors welcome).
• Fluent in English is a MUST, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate SPM Maths results has to be B or above is preferred
• Fast learner, eager to learn, and open to continuous professional growth
• Prior math teaching experiences is not required, but a plus
• A genuine passion for education, especially for math learning, and a desire to create a positive impact for students and families 
• Available to teach during weekday evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive monthly salary
• First 6 months: RM 3,800.00
