US Benefits Specialist

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Benefits Delivery based in our Mexico Global Office. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of benefits programs, policies, and practices for Global Markets. You will ensure operational excellence in benefits administration, collaborate with vendors to meet technical requirements, and provide accurate data to support audits. 

Skills Required: Benefits Delivery, SAP Success Factors, HRIS, ServiceNow 

Experience Range: 3- 6 years 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of US benefits programs, policies, and practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance 

  • Monitor the effectiveness of US benefits administration activities, identifying and implementing areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction 

  • Manage benefits vendors, facilitating discussions on technical requirements and ensuring services meet organizational needs. 

  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and implement process improvements to optimize benefits delivery. 

  • Provide timely and accurate data to support internal benefits audits and compliance reporting 

  • Develop and maintain accurate records of benefits-related activities, including vendor contracts, agreements, and system updates.  

  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with federal and state regulations governing benefits administration 

  • Analyze benefits administration processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to achieve operational excellence 

  • Prepare and present reports on benefits of program performance and metrics to support strategic decision-making 

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Total Rewards, or related field; advanced degree preferred 

  • Proven experience in roles responsible for talent rewards or US benefits delivery/Payroll/Leave of Absence. 

  • MS Office experiences including proficiency in Excel preferred 

  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure 

  • Experience working with Oracle. 

  • Experience working across cross cultural competencies. 

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills 

  • Ability to write well and communicate effectively across all layers of the organization 

  • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations 

  • Strong business acumen 

  • Open to learning new systems and processes 

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter 

  • Strong ability to influence others; able to build and drive a strong business case for people as a growth driver 

  • Continuous improvement and growth mindset
