We are now looking for a Team Leader, Invoice to Pay Operations to join Source to Pay Operations for China & APAC in Finance organization . This position is located in Changshu.

What you will do

• Invoice to Pay End-to-End Process Leadership: Oversee the entire Invoice to pay cycle, including supplier invoice scanning and processing, accounts payable and employee travel expense management for UPM China and APAC legal entities. Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Team Management: Lead, mentor and develop a team of I2P specialists, fostering a culture of continues improvement. Set ambitious performance metrics and monitor team KPIs
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Proactive communication and seamless co-operation with internal stakeholders across various business areas (Finance operations, business teams as well as Headquarter) and external key stakeholders (suppliers, Yodoo and Basware) in driving regional level operational excellence and targets achievement
• Invoice Management and Performance Analytics: Monitor regional I2P patterns, identify key metrics improvements opportunities, and eliminate process inefficiencies on BA and company code level. Provide comprehensive visibility on I2P performance, working capital development based on Sourcing, business, and Finance team needs
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal controls, local regulations, and audit requirements throughout the Invoice to pay E2E process
• End-to-End Process Transformation: Leverage digital and automation tools to streamline I2P processes. Ensure global solutions are successfully implemented in China and APAC

Who you are

• You have bachelor’s degree or professional qualification(CPA/Intermedia Accountant Certificate) in Finance areas
• You have minimum 5- 8 years’ work experience in Finance, and at least 2 years in a leader role
• You have business mindset and good financial knowledge of manufacturing operations
• You have good understanding of Source to Pay end to end process
• You have good knowledge of SAP system, Excel, PPT and digital tools(Python/Power BI, Power apps etc.)
• You have solution oriented and problem-solving mindset, strong capability to understand complexities, courage to challenge current ways of working and drive changes
• You have good collaboration and influencing skills with flexible and positive attitude towards changing environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• You have ability and willingness to work in a cross-cultural environment with high pressure and tight deadline
• You have good self-leadership skills, taking initiative and prioritization capabilities
• You have good analytical skills and business insights
