Your Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor team performance, prepare sales forecasts, and compile sales activity reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
Support the sales team in negotiations, presentations, and technical equipment discussions.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Assist in preparing and reviewing quotations, tender documents, and equipment proposals.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids and contract documents.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
Recommend improvements to sales strategies and product positioning.
Coordinate with logistics, service, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and parts.
Monitor stock levels and backorders relevant to sales operations.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
Follow up on delivered equipment to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
