Job Description

Job Summary**

Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients within UOB (Thai)'s Wealth Banking segment, providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions to meet their unique needs and objectives.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
* Acquire new Wealth Banking clients through referrals, networking, and proactive business development efforts.
* Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and provide tailored advice on investment products (e.g., unit trusts, bonds, structured products), insurance, foreign exchange, and other wealth management solutions.
* Monitor client portfolios regularly, review performance, and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and client objectives.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all client interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with product specialists, legal, and compliance teams to deliver holistic and compliant solutions.
* Stay updated on market trends, economic outlooks, and new product offerings to effectively advise clients.
* Prepare and present financial proposals and reports to clients clearly and concisely.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall Wealth Banking team's objectives.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically dealing with high-net-worth clients.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions, and financial planning principles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Possession of relevant financial licenses (e.g., Single License) as required by Thai regulatory bodies is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
