Job Description

Job Summary:**

The WB Relationship Manager at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients, delivering comprehensive financial solutions, and achieving revenue targets. This role focuses on building strong client relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities within UOB's wholesale banking offerings.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Manage and grow a designated portfolio of corporate and institutional clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen client relationships and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
* Proactively identify client needs and cross-sell a full range of wholesale banking products and services, including corporate finance, trade finance, cash management, treasury solutions, and other relevant financial products.
* Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on clients to assess creditworthiness and develop suitable financing proposals.
* Prepare and present credit proposals, ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor client performance, industry trends, and market conditions to anticipate risks and opportunities.
* Collaborate effectively with product specialists, credit risk, legal, compliance, and other internal departments to deliver seamless client service.
* Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to the wholesale banking sector.
* Actively participate in client events, industry forums, and networking opportunities to enhance UOB's presence and cultivate new business leads.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, external regulations, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale banking, corporate banking, or relationship management, preferably within a financial institution in Thailand.
* Proven track record of managing a client portfolio and achieving sales targets.
* Strong understanding of corporate finance, trade finance, cash management, and treasury products.
* Excellent credit analysis and financial modeling skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at various levels.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
