Job Description
Job Summary**
Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within a UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited branch, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of UOB Wealth Banking (WB) clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
* Proactively identify and acquire new WB clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and lead generation.
* Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and provide tailored advice on investment products, insurance, and other wealth management solutions offered by UOB.
* Monitor client portfolios, conduct regular reviews, and recommend adjustments based on market conditions, client risk appetite, and financial goals.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to client onboarding, transactions, and advice.
* Collaborate with product specialists and other internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions to clients.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance in terms of revenue and client acquisition.
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries or issues efficiently and effectively.
* Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or relationship management within the banking sector, preferably with experience serving high-net-worth clients.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Strong understanding of investment products (e.g., mutual funds, bonds, equities), insurance products, and other wealth management solutions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Relevant financial licenses and certifications (e.g., Single License) are highly desirable.
* Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
