UI/UX Designer (Junior / Mid-Level)
Rannlab Technologies is hiring a creative, detail-focused, and user-obsessed UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, modern, and visually compelling digital experiences. This role is ideal for Junior and Mid-Level designers who have hands-on experience with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, UI animation, and usability principles.
As a UI/UX Designer at Rannlab, you will work closely with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and key stakeholders to design web apps, mobile apps, SaaS products, dashboards, workflows, and AI-driven interfaces.
About the UI/UX Designer Role
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for transforming business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. You will be integral in shaping product experiences for projects across industries such as healthcare, EdTech, real estate, enterprise IT, SaaS automation, and AI-based platforms.
This role requires strong understanding of design systems, typography, layout, interaction design, color theory, and modern UI trends.
Key Responsibilities (UI/UX Designer)
1. User Research & Requirement Understanding
- Analyze project briefs, user profiles, and product goals.
- Conduct basic UX research, competitive analysis, and persona building.
- Translate insights into actionable design recommendations.
2. Wireframing & Information Architecture
- Create wireframes for web and mobile interfaces.
- Define page structure, navigation flow, and overall information hierarchy.
- Develop user journey maps and scenario flows.
3. High-Fidelity UI Design
- Build pixel-perfect UI screens in Figma.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Use components, auto-layout, variants, and design systems efficiently.
- Maintain consistency across colors, typography, spacing, and grids.
4. Prototyping & Interaction Design
- Create interactive prototypes to illustrate user flows.
- Add UI animations, micro-interactions, transitions, and gestures.
- Present prototypes to stakeholders for review and approval.
5. Collaboration with Developers
- Prepare design assets, icons, and style guides.
- Ensure accurate implementation through developer handoff tools.
- Work in sync with developers to maintain UI quality during development.
6. Design for Multiple Domains
You will design for:
- SaaS dashboards
- AI platforms & RAG interfaces
- Mobile applications
- Healthcare portals
- eCommerce storefronts
- Enterprise management systems
- Marketing landing pages
7. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with design trends and UX best practices.
- Improve design processes and maintain reusable UI libraries.
- Suggest enhancements to improve usability and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent Figma skills (design systems, components, auto-layout).
- Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of user flows, wireframing, and mobile-first design.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and intuitive UI layouts.
- Basic understanding of UX research and usability principles.
- Ability to present and justify design decisions.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, or basic HTML/CSS.
- Ability to create Lottie animations or micro-interactions.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG).
- Experience designing dashboards and complex systems.

- Junior: 1–2 years
- Mid-Level: 2–4 years

Salary Range
- Junior: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000
