Step 5: Try incognito mode.
Open your browser in incognito or private mode.
Step 6: Try a different browser.
- Open a different web browser.
- Ensure there are no extensions for this browser.
- Enter the website address to check if it loads.
Mobile app
Step 1: Delete and reinstall the app.
- Reinstall the app on your device. See the Apple or Android Help Centers for more info.
- Restart your phone after reinstalling the app.
Step 2: Turn off the VPN or proxy.
Switch off any VPN or proxy services you're using.
Step 3: Clear your cache and cookies.
