Transportation Supervisor

Supervise employees in the Transportation department that drive the busses.

As Transportation Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and coach all Transportation drivers within the Transportation Department
• Transport resort guests along an established route
• Attend and participate in staff meetings
• Assists disabled passengers into and out of vehicle
• Operates radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service
• Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories
• Make sure the golf cart attendants are properly signing golf carts in and out
• Make sure all golf carts are cleaned everyday

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• CDL driver's license preferred
• Valid TN Driver's License with passenger endorsement
• Must maintain satisfactory driving records and must take a mandatory defensive driving safety class (Refer to Policy #436, Small Vehicle Fleet Policy).
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
