Transformation & Project Consultant with German

Your tasks

• Deliver transformation and project activities within complex change programmes
• Contribute to transformation strategies and implementation plans
• Work with stakeholders to turn strategic goals into actionable plans
• Support project management activities, adapting to client needs
• Coordinate workstreams, monitor progress, risks, and milestones
• Prepare clear presentations and management updates
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholdersCollaborate with international, multi-disciplinary teams
• Support governance and reporting to keep transformations on track
• Help move initiatives from concept to delivery and ensure results

Your profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in transformation, consulting, project management, or programme delivery
• Proven experience working in client‑facing consulting or advisory environments
• Practical exposure to transformation projects or programmes, ideally across multiple workstreams
• Solid understanding of project and programme management principles (Agile, waterfall, or hybrid)
• Ability to contribute to strategy development, roadmaps, and structured problem solving
• Experience preparing clear, structured presentations and project documentation
• German at minimum B2 level – MUST HAVE (regular client interaction in German‑speaking environments)
• English at C1 level or higher – MUST HAVE
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate in fast‑paced, evolving project contexts

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU

• Have supported large‑scale business, digital, or organisational transformations
• Bring experience from international or cross‑border programmes, especially in DACH markets
• Have worked in environments involving enterprise platforms or complex IT/business change
• Are comfortable supporting governance, steering committees, and senior stakeholder interactions
• Have strong analytical skills and enjoy structuring ambiguity into clear recommendations
• Are proficient with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, Jira, MS Project, and Teams
