Training Developer

What We Need
NetBrain needs a Training Developer who can create and maintain eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning content for NetBrain University and internal training initiatives. The role requires someone who understands instructional design, multimedia best practices, and how to turn technical product knowledge into clear, effective training content.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain eLearning, ILT, and blended learning content for NetBrain University and internal training projects.
- Develop training materials covering NetBrain platform functionality, workflows, customer use cases, power-user topics, and administration topics.
- Produce and edit instructional video, audio, and multimedia assets for courses and learning projects.
- Work with technical trainers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to convert technical requirements into effective learning content.
- Update existing courses and assets based on product enhancements, module updates, and recurring releases.
- Apply NetBrain training standards, templates, and content guidelines, and occasionally conduct training sessions as needed.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of related experience in training content development, or master’s degree with 3+ years, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, multimedia best practices, and eLearning development.
- Able to solve content-related issues creatively and improve course clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Proficient with tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Scribe, Docebo LMS, NetBrain University, Monday.com, SharePoint, and Confluence.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with technical teams, SMEs, and non-experts.
