Trainer Staff
What You’ll Do

Design, plan, and deliver engaging training sessions for new employees.

Conduct refresher and development programs for existing staff.

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and create tailored programs.

Maintain training records and report progress to management.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer or Learning & Development Specialist.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Passionate about people development and continuous learning.
