KeyResponsibilities

Design and identifytechnical solutions as per requirements; align with cross-functional teams anddevelopment partners.

Develop concepts,3D models, and 2D drawings using CATIA for mechanical and EE components.

Perform packaging,installation, and integration of components within vehicle architecture.

Manage designchanges and release activities for mechanical and EE parts.

Create and maintainEE CAD documentation, including connector and harness packaging.

Collaborate withsuppliers for technical discussions, feasibility, and validation.

Supportsystem-level design activities related to powertrain, chassis, and vehicleaggregates.

Use tools such asPolarion and OAS for requirements and design management.

Communicateeffectively through presentations and technical discussions.

Willingness totravel internationally for training and project collaboration.

Technical Skills& Knowledge

Strong fundamentalsin Machine Design, Strength of Materials, and Material Science.

Proficiency inCATIA (Part Design, Surfacing, Assembly Design, Sheet Metal Design).

Knowledge ofGD&T, casting processes, and plastic molding.

Understanding ofautomotive systems including powertrain, steering, suspension, braking, andtransmission.

Exposure to ECUs,sensors, mechatronics, and EE component integration.

Hands-on experiencethrough automotive projects or competitions (e.g., SAE BAJA, SUPRA) is anadvantage.

Soft Skills

Strong analyticaland problem-solving abilities.

Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proven team playerwith experience in cross-functional collaboration.
