Trainee Business Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Work closely with the partner of packers and movers business to understand their branding material needs and requirements.

2.Educate and persuade partners to purchase and use branding materials such as carton boxes, tapes, foam sheets, and t-shirts.

3.Develop and implement strategies to increase the adoption and usage of branding materials among partners.

4.Monitor and track the adherence and usage of branding materials by partners on the ground

Requirements and skills

1.Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is preferred.

2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5.Strong organisational and time management skills.

6.Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry is a plus.

7.Willingness to travel to meet with partners on the ground.
