Trading Support Analyst

Your future role within QRT:

You will join a cross-functional team that supports the business across a wide range of activities, including:

• Providing trading support: analysing and reporting PnL and positions, managing corporate actions, resolving booking issues
• Modelling and analysing performance drivers at the strategy level
• Producing daily dashboards and reports for management
• Performing NAV system gap analyses
• Conducting ad-hoc investigations and deep-dives
• Maintaining and enhancing internal reporting tools
• Working closely with traders, quantitative researchers, operations, risk teams, and IT

Your present skillset:

• An advanced degree in business or engineering, ideally with a focus on finance
• Relevant experience is appreciated but not mandatory
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (VBA, Python, or SQL)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt, prioritise, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-moving environment
• Solid analytical and organisational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• A collaborative mindset
