What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities:
As a Trade Marketing & Event Specialist at Opple, You manage integrated brand and product campaigns such as promotions and product launches to drive business growth across Europe and strengthen brand awareness.
Own the local Trade Marketing & Event plan to increase brand awareness and drive demand in priority markets and target groups.
Plan, organize and execute OPPLE’s presence at trade fairs and exhibitions (concept, booth experience, logistics, staffing, lead journey, post-event evaluation).
Conceptualize and deliver inspiring brand events for customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
Develop and roll out POS activations and retail campaigns to increase visibility, engagement and conversion at point of sale.
Own and evolve the merchandising portfolio (assortment strategy, briefs, production, quality standards, rollout and effectiveness).
Translate brand strategy into impactful touchpoint activations across retail, events and partner channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Manage projects end-to-end (timelines, budgets, resources, risks) and ensure flawless execution.
Drive cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management with Sales, Product, Marketing and local market teams.
Lead agency and supplier management (briefings, concepts, production, quality control, cost control).
Define KPIs and report performance, turning insights into continuous improvement (event ROI, leads, POS impact).
