Senior Marketing Manager Switzerland (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary marketing and branding contact for Switzerland, ensuring consistent communication and coordination across departments and channels (B2B & B2C).
- Developing and execute integrated marketing strategies for both offline and digital channels, including the company website, Google platforms, and social media.
- Strengthen collaboration with the sales team through editorial support, the further development of activation campaigns, and the planning and execution of events.
- Taking ownership of creating, managing, and optimizing target‑group-specific content across relevant touchpoints.
- Building deep understanding of technical topics in enterprise networking, consumer networking, and consumer electronics, including products and solutions that require explanation.
- Managing the planning, coordination, and production of marketing assets for joint marketing initiatives with partners.
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on marketing.
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in an international fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in Public Relations (PR), including strong industry knowledge and established relationships with key media contacts in Switzerland.
- Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), either through direct relationships or collaboration with reputable KOL agencies.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of sales, branding, and diverse target audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, as well as hands‑on experience with CRM and lead‑management systems.
- Independent, detail‑oriented, and results-driven work style, combined with strong teamwork skills.
- Interest and curiosity in networking technologies and consumer electronics.
- Willingness to business travel (max. 25%, mostly within Switzerland)
