Senior E-Commerce Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Scope of responsibility tailored to the candidate’s experience and background, covering various areas of e‑commerce operations and business development
- Ownership of customer account management, including:
- Development of product and assortment strategies
- Definition of pricing structures and promotional plans
- Execution of growth initiatives with full responsibility for sales performance and profitability
- Alternatively, responsibility for specific sales channels (e.g., Amazon), including:
- Management of selected product categories
- Optimization and performance growth across the assigned channel
- Involvement in Go‑To‑Market (GTM) activities, such as:
- Supporting expansion into new sales channels (e.g., TikTok Shop)
- Coordinating and executing KOL/influencer marketing campaigns
Your Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce; Experience with Amazon, local German e-commerce platforms, and TikTok Shop is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; A Master’s degree from a top university in Germany is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; good command of German both written and spoken, business fluent would be preferrable.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with a focus on sales and profitability
