We are opening our first multi-specialty health centers serving Medicare-eligible patients, with plans for expansion into multiple markets.

Position Overview
The RN Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical and operational execution within our Rochester health center. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership and operational management responsibilities.
This position is accountable for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and supporting team performance in a patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
- Provide direct patient care, including triage and patient education, in alignment with clinical standards
- Serve as a clinical resource to patients, families, and care team members
- Support clinical staff through training, mentorship, and oversight of care delivery practices
- Promote adherence to evidence-based care and patient safety standards
Operations & Practice Management
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
- Monitor clinic performance, including quality metrics, patient experience, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA)
- Support revenue cycle processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Oversee inventory, equipment maintenance, and clinical readiness
Team Leadership & Development
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff
- Supervise team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development
- Foster a professional, respectful, and inclusive work environment
- Facilitate team meetings to support communication and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting (e.g., primary care, ambulatory care, or community health)
- Experience supervising or leading clinical staff
Preferred
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- Experience with healthcare operations, quality improvement, and reimbursement processes

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $98,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
