Your role at a glance

The Total Rewards Operations & Delivery Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient execution of Total Rewards (TR) operations across the organization. This role oversees day to day TR administration, manages the TR intranet ecosystem, supports data and reporting needs, and partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure operational excellence in all reward-related processes. The role enables scalable delivery of compensation, benefits, and mobility programs by driving consistency, governance, and high quality TR operations

What we are looking for

KEY responsibilities

1. Total Rewards Operations & Administration

  • Execute day‑to‑day TR operational processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Support administration of compensation, benefits, mobility, and other TR programs, including documentation and process coordination.
  • Manage and maintain TR operational trackers, templates, and documentation.
  • Provide operational support for global and regional TR cycles (e.g., annual compensation review, bonus cycles) as required.
     

2. TR Intranet Management & Content Governance

  • Maintain and update the TR Intranet, ensuring information is current, accurate, and user‑friendly.
  • Coordinate content with TR subject matter experts and HR partners.
  • Ensure version control, documentation governance, and accessibility standards are met.
     

3. Data Management, Reporting & Analytics

  • Compile, validate, and manage TR-related data for reporting, dashboards, and leadership updates.
  • Support market intelligence collection, benchmarking data maintenance, and analytics for TR program decisions.
  • Conduct predictive modelling, data audits, and process quality checks to strengthen operational reliability.
     

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Support vendor management processes including contract monitoring, SLA reviews, and issue escalation.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Legal, and external vendors to ensure consistent program delivery.
  • Assist in preparing materials for vendor evaluations and business reviews.
     

5. Process Improvement & Governance

  • Identify opportunities to streamline TR processes, automate manual steps, and strengthen operational governance.
  • Support TR policies administration, ensuring documentation and application are aligned across regions.
  • Participate in TR operations‑related projects, such as automation efforts, standardization initiatives, and systems enhancements.

. Communication & Support

  • Provide clear and timely communication to HRBPs, managers, and employees regarding TR processes and information.
  • Support training or guidance materials related to TR operations, tools, and intranet navigation.

KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience managing content on HR or corporate intranet platforms preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and communication skills
  • Collaborative and customer-focused mindset.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 2–4 years of experience in Total Rewards, HR operations, shared services, or compensation/benefits administration.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, global environment.

PHYSICAL requirements

  • Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
  • Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
  • Close visual work on a computer terminal.
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments

Work conditions & other requirements

  • This position is expected to be remote for the foreseeable future with an occasional need to be onsite in a shared work environment.
  • Must have flexible work schedule to accommodate across global business hours
