Tools and Analytics Specialist - EMEA
Develop in collaboration with IT & Business Units data structure & logic to support product configurator, creates and maintains relevant sales and customer-oriented specifics (pricing, configurators, calculators, analytics, etc.) as well as marketing and technical documentation supporting these. Provides direct pre-sales technical support for assigned IT tool Ensure data flow from configurator, through CPQ meets SAP standard order flow Support Product Managers in keeping IT tools and mandatory information in the tools up-to-date through standardization approach - scalable solutions Perform test with key users to confirm proof oc concepts On going remedy support for bug fixing and enhancements Is committed to achieve personal goals and to support achievement of business strategy and goals Takes responsibility for safety of everyone working in the company (reports any identified safety concerns) Contributes in creating and maintaining good working relations in the team as well as between other departments and locations Participates in Continuous Improvement activities Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science Demonstrates at least basic knowledge on power electronics Experience in electrical installations and design is an advantage Experience in AutoCAD, SQL, Visual Basic, relational database SAP knowledge Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects with tight deadlines Ability to work in a highly international environment / in virtual teams (across different locations) / in a matrix organization Ability to think and act strategically Must be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm Must be strongly customer-oriented Good written & oral communications skills Good presentation skills Good interpersonal skills Fluent in English Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world's most exciting cities.
