Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented TM1 Developer to join our consultancy team, working on client-facing projects that deliver enterprise planning and reporting solutions using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across diverse industries and client environments.

Role Responsibilities:

Design and develop TM1 models including Cubes, Dimensions, Rules, and TI Processes without relying on wizards.
Optimize TM1 performance through efficient cube design, feeder tuning, and rule optimization.
Implement and manage TM1 security models including group-based and element-level security.
Develop and maintain TM1 reports and dashboards using TM1 Web, Perspectives, and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE).
Integrate TM1 with external systems using TM1 REST API and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).
Work with relational databases such as SQL Server, DB2, or Oracle for data integration and validation.
Write and optimize MDX queries and SQL scripts for data extraction and reporting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or Disciplined Agile methodologies.
Provide operational support and maintenance for TM1 environments.
