  • Source, engage, screen, and recommend talent authentically.
  • Conduct initial screening conversations and assess fit for the role.
  • Manage the candidate experience from first contact through the initial hiring manager interview, building strong relationships.
  • Build and maintain a network of engaged talent.
  • Track, analyze, and share pipeline updates, using data to refine strategy.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends to improve sourcing strategies and tools.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable research for identifying candidates.
  • Post job positions, review applicants, and conduct Boolean database searches.
  • Develop and send compelling outreach messages to candidates.
  • Contribute to sourcing plans and tactics in collaboration with recruiters and client teams.
  • Articulate industry, market, function, and company structures through written and verbal reports.
  • Create search overview reports and analyze sourcing metrics to drive efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.

  • Passionate about enabling businesses through human capital
  • 0 - 1 year of recruiting & human resources experience
  • Experience in sourcing and candidate assessment would be ideal
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Driven by collaboration, learning, doing the right thing and quality human interaction
  • Pride in delivering quality work, every time
  • Fluent in English. Spanish preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
