Responsible for end to end talent recruitment for bia operations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
Experience with social media recruiting and other innovative sourcing techniques

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Professional certification such as PHR, {UK_NATIONAL_INSURANCE_NUMBER}, or equivalent
Experience with HR analytics and reporting
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques
Experience in a bia (Business Intelligence and Analytics) environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
