Test Associate Consultant - MDM Testing
What Youll Do
- Contribute to a projects overall test strategy and test plan;
- Create test scenarios; select the best methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for testing;
- Build automation scripts and help the leads in the designing/configuring the test automation frameworks;
- Execute the test cases using automation techniques;
- Clearly report and help prioritize issues found during testing;
- Create test deliverables required by company and project testing standards;
- Work collaboratively with other testers, developers, and stakeholders;
- Identify and lead process improvement efforts;
- Provide domain expertise to the test design and learn the new domains for future assignments;
- Contribute during design reviews and recommend product improvements;
- Mentor junior test analysts.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other computer-related disciplines with minimum 60% marks throughout the education;
- 3.5-6 years of software testing experience in business intelligence domain
- Experience with end-to-end testing of the ETL process of a data warehouse system;
- Fluency in English;
- Client-first mentality;
- Intense work ethic;
- Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach;
Experience in one or more Big data technologies:
- Spark
- Databricks
- Redshift
- Azure
- Informatica cloud
- GCP
- Athena etc;
- Experience with DevOps/CICD/Jenkins will be an added advantage;
- Hands on experience with reporting and web based application testing will be an added advantage;
- Hands on experience in one or more automation technologies:
- Selenium+Java/Python
