Purpose:

The role holder plays a pivotal role in driving sales through channel and achieving targeted market share in the designated geography. The role holder plays a crucial role in building skill sets of the sales team of the channel partner for hunting and to deliver best in class pre-sales experience to customers. The role-holder is responsible for achieving sales target, sufficient enquiry pipeline and market share metrics.


Role Description:

  • Drive sales initiatives, achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure payments are collected within stipulated timelines.
  • Adherence to sales processes, governance and drive digital adoptions.
  • Adequate support to deliver profitable and sustainable business for the allocated geography.
  • Provide consultative support.
  • Drive sales initiatives in line with business plan to achieve the set targets.
  • Establishes alliances with the channel partners and the sales team of dealer/channel partner to drive sales. Build the skillsets of the dealer sales team to improve conversion rate and productivity.
  • Invest customer face time in acquiring new and competitions customers. Manage relationship to increase wallet share. Provide solutions and enable customers to achieve optimized total cost of ownership.
  • Timely collections of account receivables.
  • Adhere to EVEREST sales processes.
  • Spear-head promotional activities for increasing brand awareness.
  • Collect market intelligence and provide necessary inputs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive the sales team of the dealer and support them to achieve the sales targets. Handle the low probable enquiries and drive successful closure. Increase brand awareness by building customer referrals.
  • Build meaningful and mutually beneficial relationship with the dealer principal and the associated team.
  • Drive digital adoption by the dealer sales team.
  • Increase customer face time 60% of the customer visits to the new and low probable customers.
  • Adhere to the norm of 3 visits per day. Leads received to be attended inline with the SLA.
  • Keep self-updated with the sales processes.
  • Coordinate and govern timely collection of payment from respective stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer networking meets and participate in exhibitions. Interact with customers to keep a tab on competition activities / products / GTM changes.
