Role Purpose

The Territory Manager – Oklahoma owns the full commercial performance of the state. This role is accountable for protecting the existing customer base while deliberately expanding new customers, applications, and channel relationships that accelerate long-term growth.

Oklahoma represents a growth mandate. The foundation exists. The opportunity is expansion.

This is not a coverage role. It is a business ownership role with clear accountability for revenue growth, margin discipline, and brand integrity across the state.

This role requires comfort making independent commercial decisions with material revenue impact and a proactive approach to whitespace development.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full commercial performance of Oklahoma, treating it as a standalone business

  • Protect and strengthen the existing customer base through disciplined engagement and commercial judgment

  • Identify and aggressively develop new customers, applications, and revenue streams across the state

  • Expand share of wallet and product penetration within current accounts

  • Proactively identify whitespace, underpenetrated segments, and competitive displacement opportunities

  • Develop and align distributor and broker relationships to defined growth objectives

  • Execute territory plans that prioritize revenue expansion while protecting long-term brand credibility

  • Maintain disciplined CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline accountability

  • Represent Diversified Botanics consistently and professionally across all field interactions

  • Independently structure travel and account prioritization based on growth opportunity

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience in a regulated or operationally complex environment

  • Demonstrated success growing a defined territory through new customer acquisition and account expansion

  • Strong commercial judgment, negotiation discipline, and deal hygiene

  • Comfort operating with autonomy, accountability, and clear performance expectations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven success retaining and expanding B2B accounts

  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business within a defined territory

  • Ability to independently plan coverage, travel, and prioritization

  • Strong communication, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building underpenetrated territories

  • Distributor or broker alignment experience

  • Background in regulated, technical, or compliance-driven markets
