- Search and identify relevant tender opportunities (Government Sector)
- Analyze tender requirements, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines
- Coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams for accurate documentation
- Prepare cost estimates and pricing proposals in line with company strategy
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required
- Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and results thoroughly
- Track bid status and follow up with clients
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and procurement departments
