  • Analyze tender requirements, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria
  • Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines
  • Coordinate with technical, finance, and operations teams for accurate documentation
  • Prepare cost estimates and pricing proposals in line with company strategy
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required
  • Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and results thoroughly
  • Track bid status and follow up with clients
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and procurement departments
