What the Role Entails Position Overview As a Technical Account Manager at Tencent Cloud, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of their business scenarios to provide tailored solutions using Tencent Cloud products. You will address technical issues, optimize business structures, and assist in expanding operations, maintaining close communication with clients to gain insights and suggest improvements. Proactively anticipating and mitigating potential technical problems, you will resolve complex issues related to networks, load balancing, servers, and databases. This role requires a high level of responsibility and collaboration, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities: Possess a deep understanding of business scenarios for key accounts to align with Tencent Cloud products and solutions. Assist customers in resolving technical issues, optimizing business structures, and expanding operations.
