What the Role Entails
Provide pre-sales technical support for Tencent Cloud's IaaS products and solutions, including storage, computing, networking, and related services in the Asia-Pacific region.
Engage closely with customers across various industries, understand their needs, and deliver cloud migration solutions and technical support to ensure successful project implementation.
Identify high-growth industries in storage, analyze business scenarios, and drive project execution to develop competitive solutions.
Continuously refine customer case studies and solutions for broader industry promotion and replication.
Gather and analyze customer application scenarios to drive the evolution of Tencent Cloud's storage, computing, and networking capabilities.
Who We Look For
Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in IaaS product or solutions architecture roles.
Excellent communication skills in Korean, Chinese and English, with fluency in verbal communication, public speaking, and solution documentation writing.
In-depth understanding of distributed storage, computing, networking, big data, AI, and related technologies.
Strong documentation skills, with the ability to summarize and articulate technical viewpoints and product features clearly.
Knowledge of the cloud computing industry and high sensitivity to industry trends.
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with an agile mindset, quick learning
