What the Role Entails Tencent Cloud is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Partner Operations Manager based in Singapore to support the growth and success of our local partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving the operational execution of our partner strategy in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring alignment with Tencent Cloud’s global channel framework while adapting to the nuances of the local market. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of channel expertise, operational execution capability, and stakeholder management, with experience navigating complex cross-border partner ecosystems in the cloud or ICT industry. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end channel operations for Singapore and Malaysia markets, working closely with HQ channel teams to localize and implement policies around incentives, deal governance, sales workflows, and partner compliance. Deeply engage in frontline partner projects by understanding their operational, business, and compliance needs; deliver day-to-day enablement support including sales process guidance, policy clarification, risk control, and resource coordination. Identify operational bottlenecks and common partner challenges; drive standardized process improvements and system automation to streamline workflows and improve partner experience.
