Role: Temporary Recruiter

Location: Fort Worth, Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours (approximately 40 hours per week)

Estimated Duration: March - May 2026

You will be responsible to:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team for a 3-month temporary assignment. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and support the hiring process from start to finish.

To be considered for this role:

• Assist with sourcing, screening, and reviewing candidates for traveling wind technician candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between technician candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Support the Recruiting Specialist with administrative tasks and special projects, including onboarding.

• Help ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
