Join our Telesales team! We’re looking for passionate and results-driven individuals to grow with us — from supervising high-performing teams to driving strategic initiatives across the business. You’ll play a key role in improving conversion, productivity, and operational excellence.
What you’ll do (common for both levels):

Lead and coach telesales teams to achieve Booking CVR, Show-Up Rate (SU%), and other performance KPIs.

Collaborate across Marketing, Ops, and System teams to improve lead quality, tools, automation, and workflows.
Telesales Supervisor

Deliver end-to-end project execution: daily briefings, weekly reports, QC scorecards.

Ensure CVR targets are met, including Lead-to-Book and Book-to-SU conversion.

Maintain first response time <5 mins for all agents.

Coach and enable team members to achieve performance standards.

Strong people management, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Telesales Associate Manager

Act as a strategic partner to the Telesales Manager, co-owning KPIs and driving key initiatives.

Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives (SOPs, incentives, seat plans, automation, training).

Analyze data and performance dashboards, identify gaps, and propose high-impact solutions.

Build project plans: objectives, success metrics, timelines, owners, risks.

Facilitate brainstorming, experimentation, and strategic decision-making.

High ownership, critical thinking, structured mindset, and manager-level execution.
Requirements:
Telesales Supervisor:

Proven execution & leadership skills in telesales, contact center, or sales operations.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel and KPI monitoring.

Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to coach teams effectively.
Telesales Associate Manager:

S1 in Economics, Management, or related fields.
-
3+ years experience in telesales, contact center, operations excellence, or commercial excellence.

At least 1–2 years in senior/leadership role (SPV, Senior Analyst, Sales Ops).

Strong strategic thinking, project management, and data analysis skills.
-
Skilled in Excel, Google Slides, and comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives.
