TechOps Lead (f/m/d)

We are looking for a TechOps Lead to build and scale the technical foundation that keeps Moss secure, reliable, and operationally efficient as we grow. The role involves leading and developing the TechOps team, shaping the operating model, automation strategy, and governance framework for workplace infrastructure, identity, and core business systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing small technical or IT-focused teams
• Strong hands-on experience in technical operations, workplace infrastructure, and identity management
• Experience building scalable operational models rather than just maintaining systems
• Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory environments
• Coding or scripting skills (e.g. Python) are a plus
• Fluent in English
