Frequently asked questions How long is the Graduate Program? The Program is a 1-year graduate journey that works along with your local program. Can I email my CV/resume directly to the human resources team? We recommend that you send your application through the “Apply” button that will direct you to the dedicated career portal. Who can apply to this Graduate Program? To apply for the Graduate Program, you must hold a relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree. How many years of work experience do I need? Graduates can join directly after completing their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Otherwise, a maximum of one year's work experience is considered. Will assessments be part of the selection process? Assessments will be part of the process. What is the required level of English? We expect a fluent level of English, given the international scope of our company.
