Operations Coordinator
Technimove are seeking a Operations Coordinator to play a critical role in planning, allocating, and optimising resources across our Project Management, Consultancy, and Engineering teams.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Operations leaders, and third-party suppliers to ensure the right people are deployed to the right projects at the right time.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and allocate resources across multiple projects and engagements
Forecast demand and develop resource plans to meet current and future needs
Own and maintain a resource scheduling system (non-Excel)
Act as the key escalation point for all resourcing challenges
Work closely with Sales & Pre-Sales on upcoming project requirements
Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and contractors
Lead resource planning meetings and provide strategic insight
Analyse utilisation and performance data to drive improvements
Ensure projects are resourced in line with budget, timelines, and quality standards
What we’re looking for
Prior experience in operations and administration
Resource management, planning, workforce scheduling or similar/transferable experience highly desirable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
