Technicien de Service Mobile | Mobile Service Technician
Tesla is looking for a Mobile Service Technician. This position requires significant customer interaction, so the ideal candidate must not only possess technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a high level of customer service. This position will service the Montreal area; and requires daily travel throughout the region under the direction of the Field Service Dispatch Team. With excellence being the passing grade, your ability to deliver results and find ways to improve efficiency will directly impact and support Tesla's mission. - Détailler et documenter les réparations de manière cohérente et concise
- Effectuer des inspections d'équipements et nettoyer les véhicules, au besoin
- Execute basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of Tesla product line
- Work independently and as a team to drive maximum repair efficiency
- Provide feedback to Tesla design and engineering teams directly to enable continuous improvement of repair procedures and products
- Enjoy your company supplied laptop to support diagnostics and provide online training opportunities
- Consistently and concisely detail and document repairs
- Inspect and maintain shop equipment and request replacement as required
- Partner with other teams to ensure delivery of an exceptional product by cleaning and detailing vehicles, as needed
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou diplôme/certificat d'associé, ou expérience professionnelle dans un domaine technologique connexe (aéronautique, moteurs, électricité, navires, etc.)
- Licence de technicien automobile, ou désir de devenir apprenti technicien par le biais d'une formation provinciale
- Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités, à organiser la charge de travail et à respecter les délais
- Permis de conduire de classe 5, G ou G2 valide au Canada et avoir un dossier de conduite acceptable
- Le candidat retenu pour le poste devra soutenir des projets dans toutes les provinces canadiennes et communiquer quotidiennement principalement en anglais avec le personnel et les clients hors du Québec
- Automotive Service Technicians License, or desire to become Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Evidence of a "safety first" attitude
- Must maintain a valid Class 5, G or G2 driver’s license for Canada
- The successful candidate will be required to support projects in all Canadian provinces and communicate daily primarily in English with staff and clients outside of Quebec

- Service Technician II - $25.52 - $38.28/hour
- Service Technician III - $29.92 - $44.88/hour
- Sr. Service Technician - $35.20 - $52.80/hour
- Master Service Technician - $40.48 - $60.72/hour
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
