About this Job We’re hiring a hands-on Technical Team Lead to join our core LLM engineering team. You’ll work directly with the company's leadership to design, build, and scale intelligent reasoning pipelines using LangGraph and AWS Bedrock. This is not a coordination role, you’ll lead by example, write production-grade code, solve complex problems, and help grow a high-performing technical team from day one.
