This​ ​customer-facing​ ​position​ ​requires​ ​strong​ ​communication​ ​skills, ​​troubleshooting, and​ ​excellent​ ​problem-solving​ ​skills. This role could be ideal for someone with a QA or development background who would like to step into a customer-facing opportunity.
