As a Bilingual Technical Project Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in equipment testing and analysis. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to real projects, and gain valuable insight into how engineering principles are applied in a professional setting. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full implementation and follow-up of warehouse automation projects, including equipment installation, testing, and operation monitoring.
- Track project progress and communicate with engineers, vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely execution.
- Help with on-site troubleshooting, basic inspections, and simple maintenance work.
- Support data collection and documentation, and assist in optimizing warehouse operation processes.
- Participate in project acceptance and post-implementation maintenance to ensure stable equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- New graduates are welcome to apply! A bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong Hands-on skills and basic machine tool skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team spirit and leadership potential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with flexibility and adaptability. Proficiency in data analysis, MS Office, and report writing is required.
Total Compensation Package: $80k - $100k/yr
