Technical Product Manager-Senior Lead
- Translate product management requirements into detailed product specifications using user-centered design principles.
- Design and develop new features and products, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and release progress.
- Manage scope within release constraints and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize the backlog.
- Work closely with engineering teams to produce delivery estimates for new features and products.
- Participate or lead integrated Scrum teams throughout the software development cycle.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for product development and launch.
Job Requirements
- Expertise in CAD tool (Creo preferred) and applied knowledge of product design techniques for highly technical products.
- Experience or knowledge of Windchill or any PLM software, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with technical and business professionals at every level, demonstrating success in product design processes.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product design with Creo, and experience with other CAD tools and related products is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with strong academic performance.
- Strong understanding of product design principles and methodologies, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
