The GC Channel Sales DMP team is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development of scalable digital solutions across Apple’s channel finance ecosystem. This role will focus on delivering platform-based tools that support demand forecasting, margin and rebate tracking, financial adjustments, and reporting workflows. You’ll work closely with business, finance, and engineering teams to design user-centered systems that drive operational efficiency, enable data-informed decision making, and support financial compliance.

Description

In this role, you will drive business needs to product implementations. You will identify, develop, and implement new methodologies that support DMP development. Typical responsibilities will include: Delivery best-in-class product solutions to enable, enhance and empower existing systems or business processes Maintain products in service to ensure their continued use and acceptable level of quality, undergo continuous improvements based on usage and operation data Develop and refine product solution proposals, build concepts, and lead function design, to add maximal value with minimal overhead Communicate status across different multi-functional groups and management levels, as appropriate - from individual contributors to executive management Facilitate communication and collaboration needed to progress product/platform development Facilitate decision making with relevant stakeholders and drive all open items to closure Identify risks, generate mitigation plans, and ensure appropriate steps are taken to resolve Track outstanding actions required to achieve desired timelines

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design and delivery Demonstrated ability to create product prototypes with strong product intuition and attention to user experience Proven experience in identifying user pain points or product opportunities through data analysis (e.g., retention, conversion, funnel drop-off), and translating insights into concrete product requirements Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading digital transformation projects such as migrating legacy workflows to internal tools, automating manual processes, or digitizing approvals and reporting systems Hands-on experience working on AI/ML-related product initiatives, such as model integration, human-in-the-loop workflows, or ML-powered decision support tools Hands-on experience in finance-related projects, such as budgeting tools, reporting automation, or financial data workflows Proficient in BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Fluent in English with hands-on experience in end-to-end communication, including written documentation and live reporting in international business settings
