To identify the skills of inspectors and train them accordingly as per company requirement
Connecting with inspectors for clarifying the doubts on daily basis to align with our ACB’s recommendation
Monthly Training Calendar Preparation
Academy Training Records Monitoring
CIP (Continue Improvement Process) Auditor
Tools and calibration check list validation on Monthly basis
To reduce Claim level and manage the data
Maintain Quality records of individual inspectors
Submitting Monthly records on ClP process to the management on timely manner

B.Tech / Diploma in Textiles

Textile Graduate

Good at Communication Skill.
Good at Presentations
Good command on written and spoken English
High leadership and supervisory skills

Good at operating Microsoft Office, Proficiency in English and Hindi , Controls claim management and to conduct CIP ( Control Improvement process )
