Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong background in Java Architecture, Microservices, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of scalable, highquality solutions. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and AI/ML concepts is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical teams delivering complex enterprise applications.
- Design, review, and govern Java-based architectures using best practices.
- Drive microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Oversee development using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and related frameworks.
- Define and enforce CI/CD pipelines to enable automated builds, testing, and deployments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for cloud deployment and infrastructure optimization.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security, performance tuning, and adherence to coding standards.
- Mentor engineers and promote technical excellence within the team.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI/ML, where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience as a Java Architect / Senior Java Engineer.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Experience with any Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, system design, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, frameworks, or integrations.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
